About Us

Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our Home-Based Respite service in the Nairn provides support to carers by giving them a break, while ensuring the people they care for continue to get the help they need at home through delivering person-centred support.

 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference in their community. Full training is provided and our Relief Support Practitioner role allows you to have the flexibility to pick and choose shifts around other commitments you may have in your life.  All we ask is that you are able to complete your training requirements and work with us on a regular basis. You will need a driving licence, as you will travel to support people in rural areas.

You will build strong, trusting relationships with people and their families

We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work a variety of shift patterns, supporting people when they need it, including days, evenings, and weekends.
