Looking for a role that fits around your life while letting you give back to your community? At Carr Gomm, we’re offering the chance to join our Home Respite team in Lochaber (Fort William) as a Support Practitioner, providing essential short-term support to people in their homes.

This is an opportunity to support unpaid carers by offering them time to rest and recharge — all while making a meaningful difference in someone else’s day.

About the Role

  • Provide 1–5 hour support visits in people’s homes to enable carer respite
  • Build meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work flexibly — shifts can fit around your other commitments
  • Deliver high-quality care, recognised by strong Care Inspectorate ratings

Who You Are

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred, due to rural coverage
