Maryhelen, took a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy a relaxing staycation exploring Perthshire.
Over the last year, Maryhelen has struggled with her overall health and has experienced feelings of anxiety.
This trip was an opportunity for her to re-charge and make new memories with her support practitioner Wendy.
Maryhelen and Wendy planned the whole weekend away together and they booked a spa resort in Aberfeldy as a real treat. During their stay they:
Relaxed in the spa
Enjoyed a boat safari
Castle hunted
Experienced amazing views
Spotted deers
After sailing on the safari boat, Maryhelen said: “It was like being free you know.”
She was the happiest she had been in a long time and was eager to really take in all of these new experiences.
Wendy Howarth, said: “The day we went castle hunting there was lots of purple heather on the hills whilst driving. Maryhelen asked if we could stop, sit and enjoy the scenery for a while.
“This was a really special moment for me and for Maryhelen.”
