Autism and Neurodivergent Support in Scotland

We are proud to be a leading support provider for neurodivergent people across Scotland, including autistic people. Our services are designed to empower you to live the life you choose – healthy, independent, and connected to your community.

All support is aligned with the Scottish Government’s Autism Strategy while embracing a broader commitment to fostering respect, understanding, and appreciation for neurodiversity.

Person-Centred Support Tailored to You

Every person is unique, and so is our approach. Together, we create a personalised support plan that reflects your goals, strengths, and interests. The aim is to help you feel safe, valued, and confident in making your own decisions.

Your support plan may include:

  • Daily structure and routine that works for you

  • Clear communication approaches that encourage positive interaction

  • Support to maximise independence at home — with medication, finances, personal care, and wellbeing

  • Building and maintaining relationships

  • Exploring education, employment, or volunteering opportunities

“It’s a fantastic service – you are supported, not ‘looked after,’ and can make your own decisions.” – John, Glasgow

Our Impact

Rian’s journey is a powerful example of what’s possible when support is person-centred. Once told certain things would never be possible, Rian, with the support of his team, has achieved incredible milestones, including moving into his own home.

The team went above and beyond to understand Rian’s needs, preferences, and goals, tailoring their approach to ensure he felt empowered every step of the way. Their efforts not only resulted in positive outcomes for Rian but also earned them the accolade of “Team of the Year” at our 2024 Time to Shine Awards.
