Would you relish the opportunity to work with vulnerable people living in your local community, making a real difference to someone’s life?

 

We are looking for nurturing and supportive individuals who can work closely with a colleague as part of a team; providing high levels of care to help reduce unplanned hospital and care home admissions You will support people who do not have access to regular care in their own homes.

Our Homecare service enables people to stay in their own homes by providing help with daily living. Our role is not to do things for people, but to work with them, and we support everyone differently.

Our service aims to:

  • Support people to get home safe and well from hospital.
  • Ensure that someone has the support they need to prevent re-admission.
  • Provide long term care-at-home, to support people to stay in their own homes as long as possible

We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm. You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment. It is currently our policy not to offer sponsorship for prospective candidates.
