Fiona manages Carr Gomm’s Responder, Mobile Team and Homecare services in Lochgilphead, Dunoon and Rothesay.
With a strong focus on person-centred care, Fiona brings unique insight into supporting people aged 65+ in remote and rural communities, where geography, access and resilience shape service delivery.
Before joining Carr Gomm, Fiona lectured at the University of the Highlands and Islands, combining academic insight with real-world practice.
