Why did you want to work for us?
Working in social care carries its own rewards; it’s about helping people to stay in their own homes, in their own communities, and in touch with their families. By providing support in the way we do, we are telling people that we value them and their choices.

What do you like most about your job?
Working as a support practitioner gives me a sense of fulfillment. There is no better feeling, providing you approach it in the correct way and for the right reasons than being able to help another person.
