As part of our support team, you will be a valuable asset in the day-to-day support of people throughout Glasgow. The role varies daily to assist people to live their life how they choose and supports people in their own homes and communities.
Social care can be challenging but is a hugely rewarding career as you are making a real difference in people’s lives.
You don’t need to have experience, as full training is provided, but the right values and motivation are essential; honesty, respect, empathy, and compassion are key skills that are required in people who join our teams.

Unlike other providers, we provide additional benefits to all our staff. In addition to your salary, you can earn time and a half for any overtime over 37.5 hours worked per week and paid travel time, where you can claim 45p per mile for work-related mileage over and above the normal commute to work.
