Work with Us
We provide vital social care services across Argyll & Bute and regularly recruit full-time, part-time and relief Support Practitioners to join our teams.
We offer full training and ongoing support, plus the opportunity for permanent staff to achieve an SVQ in Health and Social Care while working with us. No previous experience is needed – we’re looking for people who share our values and passion for supporting people to live their best lives.
I like helping people and seeing the reward of keeping people out of hospital and living in their own homes.

Community Projects
A core part of our work is fundraising to support community connections through projects and activities across Scotland. In Argyll and Bute, we’ve run projects like Dunoon’s Burns Supper, bringing people together over food and conversation, and delivered Keep Warm Kits through Carr Gomm Responders to support those affected by power outages and the cost of living crisis.
