We believe that everyone deserves the chance to grow and develop in their careers, which is why we have developed our new Service Manager Development Programme.
Delivered in partnership with Kinharvie, this specialist programme will equip participants with the knowledge, understanding, skills and confidence needed to step into a management post.
The application process was very competitive, with many excellent individuals applying. One of those selected to attend the training, Katie, has said of the programme:
