Carr Gomm is delighted to announce that we have passed the LGBT Charter at Foundation Level!
The LGBT Charter, ran by LGBT Youth Scotland, is a national programme that supports organisations to proactively include LGBTQ+ people in every aspect of their work, protecting their staff and providing a high-quality service to people we support.
Over the past 18 months, our LGBT Network has worked immensely hard on our portfolio, to demonstrate that our policies, practices and values align with the values upheld by the LGBT Charter.
This award formally acknowledges our commitment at Carr Gomm to championing LGBT inclusion, both in our workplace and in our support. We are excited to continue improving and evolving our practices, ensuring that we remain an inclusive and supportive organisation for everyone.
