We’re excited to share that Carr Gomm’s Counselling Service has gained Recognised Counselling Service status with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
This important recognition reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality Counselling Service for our employees, ensuring that they have access to the care they need in a safe and confidential environment.
Our person-centred counselling service is available to all employees, providing support for a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and loss or bereavement. Whether personal or work-related, our counselling service offers individuals a space to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
At Carr Gomm, we are deeply committed to inclusivity. Our service is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, and trauma-informed, ensuring that each individual receives tailored, person centred support suited to their unique needs. We believe in providing a welcoming environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and supported.
Here’s what some of our team members have shared about their experience with our Counselling Service:
“I really appreciated having the space to talk openly and honestly about how I’ve been feeling, without feeling like I was ‘too much’.”
We’re thrilled to continue offering this service to our team and look forward to expanding to include family members. Mental health is important, and we are committed to ensuring that every member of our team has access to the support they need.
