Carr Gomm are currently recruiting for our services in the west of Edinburgh that provide support to adults who have a learning and physical disability. Although we are currently recruiting for our services in the West of Edinburgh you could be asked to support in any of our services throughout Edinburgh & the Lothians if the needs of people supported change or your skills, experience and personality are better suited to one of our other services.

Our services in Edinburgh & the Lothians provide person-centred support that enables people to live the life they choose. Our goal is to enable people to live safely and to do the things they want to do. This includes day-to-day living, planning for the future and realising their dreams. Shift patterns vary from service to service to meet the needs of the individuals we support. We will support you to develop your career by helping you register as a professional social care practitioner with the SSSC. We’ll support you in completing your vocational SVQ training and we’ll ensure you benefit from continual professional development.
