Our services in Dundee provide person-centred support that enables people to live the life they choose. The successful rota coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective, efficient and deliverable shift patterns that meet the needs of people supported, making best use of available resources and to ensure contract compliance. Our goal is to enable people to live safely and to do the things they want to do therefore the rota coordinator will be required to manage the daily co-ordination and delivery of the rota to ensure that all support is provided in accordance with the agreed plans.
