Independent Living Fund (ILF) Scotland – Transition Fund

The newly introduced ILF Scotland Transition fund is designed to support those in Scotland aged between 16 and 21 living with a disability.

It seeks to support those at an important transitional stage in their life to try new activities and experiences that will enhance independence, confidence and allow for spending more time with others.
