I would like to be more active, happier in myself and live a healthier lifestyle. I quit smoking 3 years ago due to a heart attack, and now feel I have been given a 2nd chance, have stopped moaning and feeling sorry for myself! Since my heart attack, I have been exercising more, have lost 3 kg and my breathing is way better, and am now looking to push myself even more :)
