Singing to a healthier well-being Karen is a singer and her singing has led to many different positive impacts. Over the last few years, Karen has always kept her love of singing to herself, but with the encouragement of her support practitioners, she joined a local singing group called Positive Notes. Karen always looks forward to attending her choir, and gets her team to sing and learn new songs with her prior to each rehearsal. Earlier in the year, Positive Notes held their annual show in which they asked Karen to sing a solo. This was a fantastic opportunity for Karen to show off her talents and she loved every minute of it. Karen has made many new friends at the choir and her team have seen her confidence flourish and her wellbeing improve.
