Covid-19 has resulted in many people supported enduring long periods of loneliness, stress, and anxiety. Creativity is playing a huge part in keeping people positive and occupied during these difficult winter months.

So, what are some of the benefits of getting creative?

  • It can enhance quality of life by providing a goal to work towards.
  • It often creates a sense of pride, especially once a project is completed.
  • It can keep people connected, often acting as communication for those who find it difficult to express themselves.

We’re super proud of how creative our team and people supported have been. Projects like Arty Stirling have been spreading joy and encouraging everyone to contribute to a master artwork that will be displayed in the Carr Gomm office.
