The Spring Stressbuster is FREE to unpaid carers and transport and alternative care and childcare costs are available, locations in Aviemore, Inverness, Nairn and Thurso. All events with the exception of Inverness also include a session around Power of Attorney, what it is, why it matters and who should have one in place. Come along and find out more.

Beginner IT Courses, aimed at people who aren't very familiar with using computers, or for those who want to brush up on a few skills.

Outside the Box support a project in Glasgow called Mind Waves. The project uses Community Reporters to gather stories on positive stories regarding Mental Health. It appears they are widely read both in Glasgow and across the world.

Tommy Whitelaw is a carer and is passionate in raising awareness about dementia and collecting life stories.
