People with addictions

Carr Gomm has experience and expertise in supporting people with addictions to both start and maintain their own journey of recovery.
We have specialist addictions and recovery training for our workers that promotes and develops good practice in supporting people to recover.

Our services:

• support people with addictions to make safe, positive choices that improve their health and wellbeing and empower them to take control.
• and staff have considerable experience and skills in developing relationships with people; breaking down barriers and encouraging people to engage with support services and the wider community.

We do this through supporting people to undertake practical tasks; to build relationships and trust, and over time, moving this support to other areas of their lives.
